Live music events, proximity to the beach, spacious rooms
Noise pollution from the street and pub can be disruptive!!! Inconvenient bathroom access may affect nighttime comfort!!! The dated decor necessitates a refresh to improve the ambiance!!!

Couple retreat worth every penny
A good location. Friendly, helpful staff. The bed is a double and comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. We had the steak for 2 at £35 including a bottle of house wine and it was good value.
It wasn’t inexpensive but considering the stay, it was still reasonable.

Had a blast with friends exploring the historic fishing port and enjoying local events like the Beer and Music Festival. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing all we needed for a comfy stay. Just a heads-up, the parking situation can be a bit tricky, so plan ahead!
We faced some noise from the deliveries early in the morning, which was a bit disruptive during our stay.

This place was a fitting option for getting around Hastings and offered good value for money. The bar downstairs had a live band that didn’t carry much noise into our rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to ask about how to handle being locked out if using the outside toilet.

I loved the room! We got a free upgrade, so I was super happy about that. It was spacious and comfy. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, and the mattress creaked a little, which made sleeping tough. The location is perfect, right in the town center! it had a nice charm, but a bit more coziness would have been nice.

The location here is fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for us. The room we had was cozy with everything we needed. The large windows let in plenty of light, enhancing the pleasant ambiance. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to messages. We loved the music in the pub downstairs. both nights we enjoyed live bands that created a lively atmosphere. some quirks affected our stay. The stairs to the rooms were narrow and difficult to navigate, especially with luggage. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, and a lamp near the bed didn't work during our stay, though it wasn't a significant issue for us to report. The mattress felt a bit soft and creaky, which didn’t allow for a great night’s sleep. While we appreciated the overall vibe and service, these minor inconveniences can impact your experience. Despite the hiccups, I would consider returning for another stay, especially for the lively pub atmosphere and location.
